It takes 6 months to create habits.  

We start by identifying your top 3 goals, personally and professionally, that you want to reach short term (within the next 6 months) and long term (within the next 2 years)

Meeting every other week for one hour, through SKYPE or by phone, I will take you through a series of process steps setting you up to achieve those goals.  You will also recieve unlimited email access to me between sessions.  

You will be given homework assignments which will be imperative to your progress.  Our time togther is intended to be informational, motivational and supportive of forward progress.  Doing the actual work will be your responsibility.
