·   Four 45-minute coaching sessions; roughly one per week.

·   Reasonably unlimited email communication.

Marla's coaching specialty is working with midlife women and men. She shows you how to rise above the labels of society and expectations of others. She helps you discover who you are and how you want to express yourself in the world. If you are feeling held back by your circumstances, or don't know what to do next, Marla may be the coach for you.
