Four 60 minute calls per month. Participants / Coachees submit questions / topics for discussion in the days preceding our call. Anything that is NOT covered during the call will be addressed in a follow up group email(s). (the benefit of one, benefits everyone) to keep the conversation going.

Everyone is encouraged to stick with this for at least 2 months, not just for the coaching & insight, but for the accountability as well. It takes time to break habits / addictions AND eliminating the source of the problem is only half the work.
