The Management Coaching Package provides the tools and coaching business owners and managers need to get consistent and predictable outcomes from their teams in an environment of accountability, respect and trust. Suggested meeting duration is 1 or 1.5 hrs. per session. Sessions are typcially scheduled once a week or more frequently according to the client's preference. We spend 2 hrs. per topic. This is flexible and sometimes changes according to the client's specific needs for more or less time on a topic.
