The Change Package is for women who are ready to look within themselves and find their dreams. This package includes the following:

1 Month of one-on-one coaching via telephone

A month is 3 telephone sessions (one per week), and then a rest on the fourth week. Sessions are 30 minutes long.

Package Bonuses include:

-Unlimited Power sessions - These are short 5-10 minute unplanned conversations between scheduled sessions when needed for support or to share successes

-Unlimited E-coaching - These are email conversations between scheduled sessions when needed for support or to share successes

-Unlimited Text coaching - These are text message conversations between scheduled sessions when needed for support or to share successes
