Discovery session:  This 2-hour session lays the foundation for the coaching relationship.  We explore in greater depth what is involved in coaching, define your core values, and complete exercises to define your key areas of focus for coaching.

This program includes:

Coaching sessions:  These 1-hour sessions are conducted twice a month.  Within the framework of your core values and key areas, these sessions focus on relevant topics of your choice. Each session will bring insight, clarity and generate a personal action plan that will enable you to reach your highest potential.

Flash sessions:  10-minute telephone booster sessions as required allow you to follow up on your action plan, or assist in moving you through personal obstacles.

After the initial 3 months we can convert to a month-by-month basis.
