We start with identifying what you want to achieve from coaching and tailor the programme to fit your requirements. Coaching is all about having a structured process to help you make your way forwards and make choices and decisions.

The programme includes a personal career development workbook which structures deeper thinking about who you are and  what you want from your work and career.  We will identify what is important to you and your strengths. We can include a personality psychometric profile which gives you both a personality report and a leadership / management style report, to further build your insights. We will look for patterns in your life and past career to identify work you enjoy. When you are in a positive state, you are much more successful in what you do and are more likely to achieve your goals.

• Two 1 hour sessions each month plus a free starter session to clarify your desired outcomes and set your personal coaching goals.
• Powerful tools, exercises and questionnaires as appropriate for your requirements, sent by email.
• Personality psychometric profile with additional leadership and management style report.
• Personal career development workbook, representing at least 9 hours guided self learning, to create your personal development plan (PDP).
• Interim free email support.
• One 10 minute mini conversation per month
• Conversations and sessions are by telephone or Skype, and timings are arranged by email.
