(9) Nine 50 minutes sessions offered  via phone or Skype over a 3 month period

Includes all assessments, and coaching/fitness activities/videos etc assigned in between sessions based on your needs

Includes Sandra's time to review the assessments and homework activities in between sessions

Includes email and phone follow-up in between sessions for additional support and effectiveness as required

Most clients use 9 sessions over a period of three months,approx one per week. You are free to use in any combo which you desire. 9 sessions over 5 weeks, 2 per week etc
