I start from the belief that coaching should add a ton of value to a client in every single call.

Regarding how the coaching itself works, we focus on whatever is important to you.  Sometimes clients have very specific agendas. Sometimes they do not. Generally, in just a few coaching sessions we can clarify all the important facets of your professional (and/or personal) life that need to be taken into account for you to achieve the desired outcome. Then we look at the alternatives paths you face, learn what we need to learn, and start taking the steps to get you there.

There are 2 sessions of approximately 45 minutes duration each month. However I do not coach with a stop watch so we end our sessions when we have completed everything we need to talk about to get you clear and focused.
