With this package you will receive 3 to 4, 90-minute sessions (in person and/or virtually), and we will address your core fears and where they come from, we will expose the weak and ineffective boundaries that you have been struggling with, and we will effectively set you on a path to consistent joy, success and empowerment. What exactly does this look like? It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. During our consultation, we will map out the time-frame and your process based on the goals and preferences you express.
2. We meet weekly, in person and/or virtually, for 3 to 4 sessions, and you will have homework and journaling during the week that you will be sharing with us via email, so we will be in consistent contact with you.
3. To finish the process, we will create your vision statement and goals for your best future.
