Transitioning Our Troops -Full Program

PURPOSE

This is a 90 day comprehensive military career transition coaching event designed specifically for our brave hero's retiring from serving our country. It helps a military professional understand the talents they bring to an organziation and why they are needed in the civilan workforce. This event is specifically designed to seperate you from the competition, allow you to articulate your experience, and become hirable!

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

8 - 1 hour one to one coaching sessions conducted by telephone

4 - 1 hour group conference calls so you can get feedback from other military job seekers.

- You will discover your 34 enduring talents.

- You will be able to write a powerful Strength-based resume.

- You will learn how to effectively conduct yourself during a behavioral interview.

- You will immediately seperate yourself from other job candidates.

- You will be able to stand out to hiring managers.

- Finally find the career path that fits YOU!

- PLUS you will have your resume, once written, forwarded to our network of recruiters, hiring managers, and other job placement professionals!
