• Weekly one hour Skype small group coaching sessions with no more than 5 business at a time. These coaching sessions are designed to follow up on committed activities, coach on specific issues, determine action steps for the next week, and ensure individual and group accountability for the business owner.

• Weekly one hour large group coaching sessions dedicated to coaching on one specific topic that will contribute to growing the business. Topics will focus on lead generation, sales, increasing customer purchases, growing total revenue, and profit maximization strategies.

• Weekly video's e-mailed to you coaching you on a variety of business growth topics.

• Weekly E-Learning topics with associated workbooks e-mailed to you to enhance your learning.

• Full access to the Weir Business Academy E-Learning website which includes an extensive library of scripts, systems, training video's, ad templates, and best practices for almost any industry. This resource alone is typically priced at $2,400/year.

• An individual, two hour coaching session at the end of the academy to outline progress, and plan for on-going business growth.
