I was raised in London, England.  I majored in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition.

I'm a Wellness Consultant/Life Coach.  I help individuals to achieve balance; mentally, physically, spiritually and nutritionally.  I'm a great Motivator with a gift to heal.  I'm well versed in natural medicine, finding what's triggering the symptoms you're experiencing, and getting rid of the root cause.  I've worked with addicts in addiction centers, individuals trying to find the right path in life, Business Executives, wanting to reach their true potential in their personal lives and busines, Motivational Speaking is also a great strength of mine.

I've been working in this field for two decades.  I've lived in 4 countries and 3 states.  I'm no stranger to lifes ups and downs.  A true teacher, is one who has walked the walk and talks the talk. Experience is life's greatest teacher.

I create individual packages for each individual.  We discuss what's going on in your life, and what has been going on in your life on a deep level,  I then create a program that fits you.  I work in  groups, one on one, businesses and also do skype sessions.

 MISSION STATEMENT:

My goal and purpose is to keep educating others and empowering them to change their lives; to achieve a healthy balance in their lives mentally, physically and spiritually.  To keep creating awareness, making sure that people understand the true meaning of‘prevention is better than cure’.   It’s never too late, to pick up the pieces and start all over again.

 I'm doing what I'm suppose to be doing, helping others achieve total abundance in their lives.  It makes my heart smile, when I see how much happiness I bring to peoples lives.
