The Life Transitions Package is designed for women who are ready to use major life upheavals and transitions--including the onset of life-threatening disease--as springboards into deeper self-understanding; self-transformation and authentic  and purposeful living.

Refunds are not available after Opt Out Days

The package includes 3 months of one-on-one counseling sessions via telephone. Sessions are 30 minutes long.

A month is 3 telephone sessions (one per week), and then a break during the 4th week during which the client fulfills an "assignment." 

The "assignment" can be the practice of a meditation exercise 

or writing in one's journal about a specific idea or thought

or a creative acitivity...

"Assignments" flow organically from issues raised during telephone sessions
