In this first session we will discuss where you're at, what you're dealing with, what you want, what is stopping you and how to get to what you want.  We will set goals specific to your needs to get you where you want to be and create some actions to take.

Ideally this session is followed by one of the monthly packages so we can work on your goals, create momentum and get you the results you want that come from taking the actions over some time.
