Carolyn and Karen Founders

Carolyn and Karen started the 10K Platinum Group in late 2011.  They were sitting together at a conference, and came up with the idea of offering a platinum program at an affordable investment to coaches who were just starting out.

With Carolyn’s master sales background, and Karen’s expertise in training and spirituality, they put together a program “for coaches by coaches” within a matter of weeks.  Then, using the very principles they created in the 10K Platinum Group program, they brought in $20,000 in 10 days.

Since that time, Karen and Carolyn have been supporting coaches to utilize all of their natural coaching skills in setting a firm foundation and attracting clients into their coaching practices.  Those who have experienced their trainings have commented on the encouraging presence and easy-to-implement methodology they offer.

On a personal note, Carolyn is an avid athlete and has run 7 marathons.  A world traveler, she now lives in Southern California with her husband, two sons, and black lab, Lilly Kate.

Karen is a native of Chicago, who now lives in the Catalina foothills of Tucson, Arizona, where she is close proximity to 2 world-class spas. She loves the spa life.
