Carolyn Coradeschi, Rainmaker &
Master Sales Coach

A 27-year sales professional and sales manager, Carolyn understands the value of overcoming objections and persevering to consistently being in the top 1% of producers in diverse industries.

As a sophomore at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Carolyn began selling educational books door to door for The Southwestern Company. After graduating college, she spearheaded a program in Ireland to recruit, train and coach students to sell in the United States.

In 1994, Carolyn chose a career in medical sales, where she quickly rose to the top 1% of producers and remained there, until leaving the field in 2009 to start her own coaching practices, 10K Platinum Group with Karen Cappello and Rainmaker Mindset for medical sales managers and their sales teams.

Carolyn is a Certified Professional Coach (PCC, CPC) by International Coach Academy (ICA), and accredited through International Coach Federation (ICF). Today her global coaching clients benefit from the skills she learned and applied successfully during her sales career.

An avid athlete, she has run 7 marathons (including qualifying for the prestigious Boston marathon), and numerous 5Ks. Every year she coaches a youth track team and regularly brings beginning runners from barely running once around the track to breaking records and overcoming personal barriers.

Carolyn has traveled all over the world for business and pleasure. She lives in Southern California with her husband and two sons.

Karen Cappello, Master Mentor Coach

Karen has been a beacon of light for thousands of coaches since 2002, helping more than 1,000 clients over the years build thriving coaching practices with ease and joy. Her signature gift is encouraging clients to be authentic and to align their businesses to their values.

With over 25 years of experience and expertise in business management, financial planning, and higher education, Karen brings a broad-based background to coaching. Her degrees include an M.A. in Education and a B.A. in Communication.

Prior to entering the coaching profession, Karen was president of a privately held semi-conductor manufacturing firm, a university educator and administrator, and an estate and financial planner.

In 2003, Karen co-founded Inspired Mastery, a corporate coaching company, with three other partners. Their impressive client list includes companies such as Accenture and Manpower. In 2004, Karen joined the International Coach Academy, where she served for seven years in various roles, including coaching supervisor and Chief Learning Officer.

Karen is a PCC through the International Coach Federation, a BCC through the Center for Credentialing and Education, and a Certified Life Coach through Coach For Life.

A native of Chicago, Karen is the oldest of six children. Friends and family describe her as extremely positive, full of laughter, and seeing the glass not as half-empty or half-full, but overflowing.

Karen resides in the Catalina Foothills area of Tucson, Arizona, in proximity to two world-class spas.
