Carl has more than 30 years of experience spanning the fields of broadcast TV and film production, advertising, sales, pastoral ministry and corporate consulting. For the last decade Carl has been serving small business CEOs and their enterprises. He has done extensive executive coaching, facilitated conflict resolution, conducted leadership training for management teams, helped refine business vision, bring employee training and publications to reflect corporate values more accurately, and for some clients engages in on going corporate life counsel.
