I've Been There.  There was a moment in my life where I realized I needed to make a change - I NEEDED TO CHANGE!  At 38, I embarked on a complete Life Transformation.  That was a long time ago now.  Over these past 10+ years, I have not only improved the level of Joy I experience in my own life, I have coached over 5000 people in improving their level of fulfillment as well.
