• I was a highly successful change agent and catalyst. Over my 21-year career in Corporate America, I executed profitability and growth strategies as an interim executive for Fortune companies and leading-edge start-ups. 
• I provided leadership to companies who sought to dramatically improve their competitive position and overall efficiency. As a result, I developed a professional reputation for partnering with global business leaders, formulating strategic plans, and managing deployments that achieved objectives. I have consistently facilitated and motivated multidiscipline multicultural teams while capitalizing on my experience and training in Turnaround Management, Strategy Development, Change Management, Process Engineering, Consensus Building, Information and Technology and Organization Planning. 
• As a Change Agent, my core product was 360 degree multi-discipline strategies. I built strategic plans for 174+ Companies and participated in 164 mergers and acquisitions.

Entrepreneurial Adventures

• I began my entrepreneur path at age 19 and have been fortunate throughout my career to have been at the forefront of many management and technology introductions and also blessed with the foresight to leverage this awareness and skill to pursue entrepreneurial projects.
• The Peaceful Woman Corp - The idea for The Peaceful Woman began in 2003 as I planned my escape from Corporate America. I actually began the company in April of 2008.  We capitalized the company through a Private Placement and began selling stock in 2008.
• The Peaceful Woman  is a spiritual retreat company for women and represents the experiences and relationships I was looking to create in my own life, but could not find offered through any other company. Our Women-OnlyTravel Products are designed to bring women together to share their wisdom and role model the many faces of a Peaceful Woman's Life.

Coaching

• Throughout my corporate career, I enjoyed giving-back to small businesses by offering my expertise as a Coach. I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Master Certified Life Coach (MCLC), and a candidate for receiving my Master Certified Coach (MCC) accreditation with the ICF.  I have coached over 5000 entrepreneurs and developed Sequence Roadmaps for 300+ Corporate Executives & Entrepreneurs.
