Change is the nature of life. There are two periods of major change in a woman’s life: from maidenhood to womanhood and from womanhood to Crone. These times of inner change more often than not, are accompanied by much turmoil and upheaval—even life-threatening disease.

Wherever you are on the spectrum of life changes and transitions, I offer more than twenty years of professional experience as a Psycho-Spiritual Counselor and Women’s Empowerment Coach—plus the wisdom and power I’ve gained through many life-transitions in my own seventy-four years of life; including a journey from breast cancer to my current state of wholeness, vibrant health and ageless longevity.

You may feel in your current circumstance as if Life is doing something to you. As your Life Transitions Facilitator, I can provide spiritual tools and techniques to assist you in recognizing and accepting the current challenge as Life showing you something about yourself that you would never think to look at, were it not for this challenge. As you master tried and true techniques of spiritual surrender and non-resistance to your life—just as it is—your life can then begin to flow easily and organically from the inside out.
