Warren Rutherford

Warren J. Rutherford is the Owner and President of Rutherford Advisors, Inc. dba The Executive Suite, an executive and management coaching, professional recruitment, placement, and human resource firm, located in Hyannis, MA.   

He is expert at smart planning, hiring, managing, and motivating processes, and is expert at creating “high performance” workforces that are productive and profitable. He is certified in the use of the DISC Index, the Values Index, and the Attributes Index; is accredited as a CMT Master Coach, certified as an IMX 5^th Level Coach, and uses the 5^th Level methodology in his executive, leadership, and management coaching, career counseling, and professional placement services.   He is the Director of Coaching Programs for Innermetrix, Inc. and certifies individuals as 5^th Level Coaches and Senior Level Coaches.

He is published in Business DISCoverY Success Secrets from the Men and Women Who Make Things Happen, “Developing Effective Communications in a Business.”  He has written Leadership in the New Economy, Become More Self-Aware, Authentic, and Smart in Leading and Managing Others, a workbook used in his leader and manager as coach development program.

He has taught graduate courses in public administration at Suffolk University and Northeastern University in Financial Administration and Organizational Behavior.  He has maintained a consulting practice continuously since 1997 servicing municipal, state, non-profit, and business clients.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst, 1975, and a Masters of Public Administration degree, with a concentration in Public Organization and Management from Northeastern University, 1978. He resides on Cape Cod, MA with his wife and two children.
