For 15 years, I lead Human Resources areas, contributing to the implementation of cultural and organizational change by defining strategies to increase the productivity and commitment of the human capital.
More recently, I have specialized in helping organizations improve their financial results by increasing their executives’ ability to generate change and transformation.
I also founded Idhea Coaching, where I provide different levels of training in coaching to organizations and individuals who wish to improve both -personal and organizational- results.
Our Certification in Business’ Coaching, endorsed by Be-Think- Perform in the UK, is meant to be the benchmark in coaching trainings in México.
