Marketing Officer                                                   1998 - 2004

I have the experience of working as a marketing officer with the Government of Western Australia from January 1998 to February 2004, where I learned the basic of human behavior, attitude toward professionalism, and how life coaching can enhance professional lives.

In my capacity as the marketing officer, I:

• Spearheaded all planning activities from concept to execution for events with up to $100,000 budgets.
• Responsibly handled event budgeting, ensuring top quality while consistently staying under budget.
• Directed event logistics, including registration and setup, travel, hotels, booths, client receptions, guest lists, conference accommodations, presentations, and itineraries, both remotely and onsite.
• Led weekly cross-functional team conference calls leading up to each event, solving logistical issues and coordinating preparation with up to 14 individuals from multiple divisions.
• Established successful partnerships with vendors, hotels, event management companies, and production services companies.
• Maintained in-depth project plans, including detailed Excel workbooks with continually updated task lists, contact lists, deadlines, and budgets.

Vocational Consultant                                           1994 - 1998

I have worked as a vocational consultant with Adventures Abroad from August 1994 to January 1998. It allowed me learn the basics to work as a consultant, develop client relationship, and share their professional and personal development goals.
