Angel’s career began in the fast-paced, high-stakes world of a Fortune 100 company where he learned the key accountability factors and behavior patterns that lead to professional success. True Results Unleashed was founded in 2005 as Angel began bringing his leadership, presentation, communication, personal development and professional growth skills together for a single purpose – helping others succeed.

Angel’s approach is simple and direct, though individual progress takes effort and focus. He employs a wide combination of tools including Neuro-Linguistic Programming, emotional integration tools, and decades of study in communication and self-transformation. Angel embarked on his first self-transformation process at 11 years old and took his first communication class at 12. He has nearly 30 years of experience and training in interpersonal communication, self-transformation, leadership, and community development, 15+ years experience in business writing and training, and 7+ years of experience in emotional integration techniques.

He as B.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Economics both from Oregon State University in 1996

He received his Solution-Focused Coach training at Erickson Coaching International in 2005.
