Aparna Jain

She has an experiential insight of business dynamics and functional knowledge gathered from working at leadership positions with global industry leaders like Cadence, Fidelity, Manhattan Associates, Nokia and NSN among others. Her last two assignments before starting her own practice in 2004 were as Head of HR-Software Business, Fidelity Investments and Head of HR, Manhattan Associates. As part of the Management Committee, she has worked closely with Business Leaders at a strategic level.  She has extensive experience of working in a cross-cultural, global environment in a matrix structure.

Some of her key assignments have been of

- developing key leadership team at GM and VP level across group companies for Jaypee Associates,

- working with BU heads and hi-potential managers at Global Logic to prepare them for the next level of responsibility,

- working with heads of SMEs to set direction for their business and equip them to handle business and personal challenges.

- working with individuals for resolvinng life problems and counseling them on behavioural issues
