I have been working with people in some capacity of therapy, coaching, advising for the last 35 years. My degrees from the University of Florida are in Psychology, Health Education and Marriage and Family counseling.

My mission is to upgrade the quality of peoples' lives by providing the most accurate focused information and guidance based on my many years in this field.

Through my own personal life experiences, I  have the deepest compassion and understanding of where my clients are at the moment. My Intention is to coach people from where they are to where they want to be.
