I've "been there and done that."  My companies employed over 240 staff, operated in the USA, Japan, Taiwan, The Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Korea, Singapore and Australia. 

I'm committed to giving back and fully participating in causes I care about.  As a member of the Board of Directors of the Desmond Tutu Peace Foundation and Plant It 2020, I express my leadership and caring.  I'm a Fellow of the World Business Academy and a Baden-Powell Fellow of the World Scout Foundation. My book, "Living an Extraordinary Life" is a best seller and my audio home study program, "Achieving Extraordinary Success" won the 2011 AudioFile Magazine's Earphones Award for Best Spoken Word Personal Development Program.
