I have been coaching nearly all my life, even though I didn't realise that was what I was doing.


People would share their latest problem or issue with me and I would start asking questions about it, Interestingly, they ended up coming up with a solution, even though I did not know what they ought to do.


As part of my life I was an Anglican/Episcopalian Priest in a small country town and ended up being the town coach as people shared their issues with me.


In 2006 I left the Church and have continued coaching with SME's (Small to Medium Enterprises), sole Entrepeneurs to businesses with up to 30 staff.
