Personal and Business Coaching Objective

Allow me to fully express my exceptional skills in the fields of communication coaching,  business consulting and training. I have the proven ability to build partnerships one conversation at a time, and to creatively transform communication challenges into opportunities culminating in a spirit of close collaboration.

I am confident in my ability to offer unique value in supporting smooth transition and facilitating conflict resolution, in the context of mergers and business partnerships, as well as in on-going professional and working relationships.

Qualifications & Achievements

An experienced performance coach and communication consultant, and an entrepreneur at heart, I have been co-owner of a highly successful global training and development, seminar and performance coaching practice over the past 15 years. I have also been developing my skills as a growth management coach during this time.

I am a listening skill subject matter expert and a true believer in the transformative power of effective skillful listening. Having coached entrepreneurs, career executives and countless individuals, I have the demonstrated ability to quickly discern listening dynamics and performance challenges, and have successfully implemented client-specific action plans to drive enhanced productivity, effectiveness and revenue generation.

In 2007, I was nominated ‘"Who's Who" Business Professional’ by the National Association of Women Professionals.

Certified and licensed to conduct training and facilitate "The Listening Skills" course, "The Possibility of Woman” empowerment workshops and "Listening Skills" Webinars, and to practice one-on-one personal coaching and training.

1995 – present, The Institute for Global Listening & Communication, LLC, San Francisco, CA
Co-owner/Chief Financial Manager

As co-owner and Chief Financial Manager, I performed day-to-day fiscal management and oversaw budget and expenses, bookkeeping, A/R and A/P and 1099 issuance, among others. I personally managed acquisition of capital for continued expansion and debt consolidation, negotiated contracts and closed sales prospects.

I also played an active role in building out the institute’s U.S. and global presence. I participated in the coaching and training of approximately 2,000 coaches and leaders in effective communication and listening skills, and consequently contributed to the increased sales success of small business owners, entrepreneurs, executives and professionals worldwide.

2007 - 2008, Rotary Club #3, Oakland, CA
Committee Chair

As Business Networking Committee Chair for Oakland Rotary, I was responsible for renewed establishment of business networking opportunities with small and medium sized businesses.

The committee I chaired raised thousands of dollars for Rotary club service activities. It also provided valuable support for powerful business connections and opened pathways of communication with business members, both within the club and in the City of Oakland at large.

Other Relevant Experience

I have co-developed and co-executive produced a television pilot for business women living through transition and overcoming challenges during economic downturn.

I study health and healing modalities that focus on the connection between mind, body and spirit. I am keenly interested in learning to tap deeper levels of consciousness, and in employing communication and listening skills to achieve greater human potential, smooth social interaction and increased productivity.

I am also intrigued by foreign languages and cultures, and am currently actively studying Hebrew and French.
