Barbara started her consulting company for business owners in 1996.  Examples of clients are website developers, engineers, architects, IT and other small businesses started by experts and technicians’ who realized they needed business skills if they were going to be successful. Trial and error wasn’t working for them.

In 2000 Business Solutions Resource, Inc. added business coaching to the services provided.

Barbara believes strongly in the value of coaching.  When the need for business skills for coaches became apparent, and Set & Get Your Coaching Fees was born late in 2012. 

Notice the coaching business model is very similar to that of website developers, engineers, architects, IT and other small businesses.
