His career has provided him with rich experience in both the private and governmental sectors, including Cisco Systems Inc, Michigan Department of Social Services, BDM Corporation, FMC, BAE, and Defence Advanced Reasearch Agency (DARPA).

Bob completed the 104-hour program provided by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) of San Rafael, CA.

He is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and bound by its Code of Ethics.

He is also a Certified Calling Coach for those involved in Christian Leadership and Ministry.
