As Chief Career Strategist of Taft Resource Group in Scottsdale, he provides career management consulting services to people interested in continuing their successful careers.  His early career was in executive recruiting with firms including Korn/Ferry International.  Brad then moved to the outplacement industry, where in addition to founding two of his own companies he held senior level consulting, management and business development positions with three national firms.
