JESSI LACOSTA is a facilitator, thought leader and executive coach. Before coaching and consulting, she worked at one of the nation's top advertising agencies, Deutsch Inc., and executed planning and account management for successful regional and national client campaigns. She also has held public relations, marketing, training and sales positions in other industries including media, museums, technology retrieval and medical marketing.

Known for “laser-like focusing” on issues, always with a compassionate and creative approach, she is very skilled in helping others find clarity in their situations.

LaCosta is a sought-after presenter on issues such as branding, leadership and veteran reintegration. Additionally, as a car-jacking survivor, she is also tapped for her expertise in overcoming adversity and conflict resolution.

LaCosta has a B.S. in Corporate Media, an M.A. in Communication Design, a Leadership Certificate, a Certificate of Completion in Interpersonal Neurobiology, is also a certified trained mediator for the state of California and is a Board Certified Coach: (BCC) - with Specialties in Career, Executive, Corporate and Business Coaching.
