Jessi LaCosta

JESSI LACOSTA is a facilitator, thought leader and executive coach. An expert in reputation management and leadership development, she dedicates her energy to leveraging people’s skills and talents, helping them meet challenges, goals and often surpassing what even they thought they could achieve. Her purpose is to help others create healthy, effective and sustainable systems for implementing their visions.

LaCosta is one of the first specialists nationally, influenced by interpersonal neurobiology, to work at the nexus of branding, leadership, strategy, psychology and neuroscience  -- which she calls Brand-Centered Sustainability™. Her main tools include coaching, assessments, training, and facilitation to help others achieve success.

She is passionate about an integrated, systems-approach to innovative, authentic and strategic development. She has more than 17 years experience in strategic communications and program management. Always approaching situations with
a creative and focused perspective, Lacosta brings an eclectic and rich background with her.

Before coaching and consulting, she worked at one of the nation's top advertising agencies, Deutsch Inc., and executed planning and account management for successful regional and national client campaigns. She also has held public relations, marketing, training and sales positions in other industries including media, museums, technology retrieval and medical marketing.

Known for “laser-like focusing” on issues, always with a compassionate and creative approach, she is very skilled in helping others find clarity in their situations.

LaCosta is a sought-after presenter on issues such as branding, leadership and veteran reintegration. Additionally, as a car-jacking survivor, she is also tapped for her expertise in overcoming adversity and conflict resolution.

LaCosta is the recipient of both the H. Mebane Turner Service and the Thomas J. Pullen Outstanding Young Alumna Awards from the University of Baltimore. She has a long history of community service and nonprofit volunteerism.

LaCosta has a B.S. in Corporate Media, an M.A. in Communication Design, a Leadership Certificate, a Certificate of Completion in Interpersonal Neurobiology, is also a certified trained mediator for the state of California and is a Board Certified Coach: (BCC) - with Specialties in Career, Executive, Corporate and Business Coaching.
