Brenda Lockwood

Brenda Lockwood is a certified life coach and consultant. She helps people reach their highest potential and live fully in their unique purpose. Brenda has more than 20 years of experience working with adults, children and professionals in the areas of personal and professional development, training and organizational development, coaching and mentoring. She brings a wealth of practical knowledge to her coaching work.

In addition to being a certified life coach, Brenda is a trainer and consultant, working with individuals and organizations to improve performance and outcomes. She has worked extensively in the states of New York, Ohio and Minnesota.

Brenda received her Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from St. Mary’s University in Winona, Minnesota, and certification as a life coach from Adler Graduate School in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Brenda lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota, when she is not working she enjoys spending time with friends, hiking, biking, triathlon, cooking and travel.
