Charlotte has lived and worked in seven countries, is an avid traveler and constant learner. She began her corporate career at the headquarters of Procter & Gamble (P&G) International in Geneva, Switzerland after completing her Bachelor of Management in Canada, and her MBA in Sweden.
During her tenure at P&G, she led strategic sourcing (procurement) where she honed her strong strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and her relationship management skills with external clients with contracts up to $200M, working with prestige brands like Gucci, Dolce&Gabbana, Boss, Lacoste, and household brands like Ariel (Tide), Mr. Proper and Swiffer.
She transitioned to brand management (marketing), working in an entrepreneurial environment within a corporate structure, managing brands like Gillette and later prestige skin care based in New York. She has overseen entire product cycles from innovation to delivery in market, in European and North American markets, as well as Turkey and Mexico. During this time, her company underwent a global organizational change.
During her almost seven years at P&G, Charlotte was an active business and career coach for managers and directors, a trainer for corporate trainings, and a recruiter and interviewer for managers.
Her most recent transition to founding a non-profit, launching a business in coaching change management, and publishing two books, while moving from Europe to North America, has reinforced her flexibility and agility in a changing environment. By combining her Executive Coaching Certification from Columbia University with her corporate and entrepreneurial experience, Charlotte has a creative mindset with a can-do attitude. She knows how to manage change, and wants to empower you to do the same.
