Christos Agrogiannos

Mr Christos K. Agrogiannos (BSc, MSc), is a corporate consultant, trainer and coach with wide experience in consultative selling, soft & communication skills, human interaction and negotiations.

He participated as member of the United Nations and NATO delegations, as well as a member of Greek delegation in the committee of European collaboration, working on the development of South Eastern Europe countries.

He has also worked as a consultant and official member of Olympic Games Athens 2004, as an information analyst of news from international electronic media sources.

In business area, he has worked as a project manager of a team, consisted of members from four countries, working on the development of simulation training systems. Furthermore, he was worked as head of a team, consulting companies in development of new business opportunities in Greece.

Mainly, he is participating in training sessions European wide, as facilitator, trainer, coach and call taker in case studies, for all levels of employees (new hires and experienced, sales reps, managers and executives), for international companies, as GM Europe, IBM EMEA and CEMA, Microsoft EMEA, Honeywell, PMI, Sony Europe, Unilever etc.

Additionally he is working on training content development (teacher guide, students notes and slides decks), as well as on adaptation and translation of technical documentation for companies as KOSMOCAR, INTERCAR, KAMOLINIS S.A, ARTHUR ANDERSEN, BMW etc.

He has trained more than 5000 employees internationally, as a certified trainer, instructor, facilitator, performance coach and call taker in consultative selling, communication and human interaction, negotiations, presentations, commercial skills, personal skills, change management and cultural awareness etc.

Furthermore, he provides coaching, inspiration and motivation sessions to individuals, as an intuitive consultant and career and performance coach.

Lately, due to his expertise in Leadership and Management, he was assigned as Master Trainer and delivered successfully a TTT to senior managers of a multinational company in Amman, Jordan.
