With over 25 years of experience working in leadership positions in the U.S. Air Force, local government and non-profit agencies. Toni has worked with individuals in achieving their leadership and career goals and organizational success. Her approach to coaching is to serve as a partner to individuals seeking to improve on their journey. With her solution-focus approach, Toni can help you create and manage a plan that is ideal for you.

Toni has exceptional leadership, management, human resources, and financial management experience. She also has outstanding decision making, problem solving, conflict resolution and organizational development skills. Toni has a natural ability to establish effective working relationships with all stakeholders. Additionally, she has demonstrated an excellent ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives, process improvement and organization effectivness measures through the use of proven conceptual and analytical knowledge.

Toni attended the University of Maryland University College where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. She received two Master of Arts Degrees in Human Resources Management and Development from Webster University. Toni is a graduate of the University of Texas-Dallas Executive and Professional Coaching Master Certification Program and has the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation. She is also a certified Human Behavior Consultant .

Toni is certified to facilitate and administer the DISC behavorial assessment and the Center for Creative Leadership 360 feedback assessment suite: Executive Dimensions, Benmarks, Prospector, Skillscope and 360 By Design. She is also a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner.

She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), International Leadership Association (ILA), Organization Development (OD) Network and National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).
