-  Facilitated strategic planning and helped nonprofit founder identify limiting beliefs preventing her from asking for donations and leading with confidence and authenticity; also recommended and implemented mailing an end-of-year donor appeal which landed the organization its highest donation from an individual donor (600% increase)

-  Implemented recommendations to improve the administration and effectiveness of a law firm resulting in decreased operating expenses, increased staff productivity, “hidden money” found in client roster with high 5-figure revenue gain in 3 months, as well as the associate attorney claiming his value and power as a leader

-  Coordinated 30 volunteer tax preparers during 2009 tax season for host sites throughout Dutchess County, NY in collaboration with Catholic Charities Community Services and the Hudson Valley CA$H Coalition; recommended actions for future planning, marketing and managing of operations that resulted in improved volunteer management practices, automation of volunteer tracking and site data, as well as an increase in the community’s perceived value of services and actual dollars returned to residents

-  Streamlined the grant application, review and decision-making processes, improving the foundation’s response time and the quality of feedback given to potential grantees

-  Wrote copy, proofread, and distributed an enewsletter to 1000+ volunteers and initiated regional use of email marketing software to eliminate text only, outlook based emails

-  Initiated the development and implementation of an internship program for college students; outcomes include increased morale and staff productivity, program managers were able to focus on core objectives and deadlines, and several backlogged projects were completed.

-  Offered insight on building capacity and maintaining integrity and advancement potential of the Program Associate position resulting in the hire of an administrative employee and recruitment of college interns, which resulted in a more efficient and enriching office environment for all staff

-  Rejuvenated an online literacy program by improving the effectiveness and security of systems used for submitting applications, screening and matching pen pals;

-  Guided President of Amazing Kids! in increasing membership and earned income for its online literacy program (still the largest source of funding more than five years later)

-  Implemented online recruitment strategies resulting in 70% increase in the number of active volunteers, some of whom have volunteered longer than one year
