¨       Ventured in to then premature domain of E-learning in 1999 and was first to introduce online (Web-based) learning platform for CA Exam Prep in India.   I was responsible for operations and managing the bottom-line.  It included devising marketing strategies, business development, content development and structuring, delivery mechanism and P&L. 

¨       Integral part of start-up team to introduce first online learning platform for US CPA Exam prep in 2002.  I was heading global operations of the Company mainly responsible for P&L and growth of the Company.

¨       Defined and Structured E-learning platforms along with learning contents for US Based Companies like CPApass.Com, Smartpros & USCPASuccess.  

¨       Instrumental in Incorporating Broadllyne Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (BTPL) in 2005 an IT Services Company specialized in Education and IT services domain.  BTPL developed and implemented first of its kind Education ERPs for School, Collegesand provided application development services to various Organizations.  As operations head I was responsible for the growth of the Company along with finance management. 

¨       Conceptualized and developed a unique online digital language learning platform – eduologuefor anytime-anywhere language learning.

¨       Conceptualized and architected online CA Audit management System to automate Audit processes, first of its kind in India.

¨       Designed eLearning custom contents for the courses related to finance for CA Courses, USCPA courses, IFRS, Policy and Procedures for ADIB, Derivatives course for leading Financial services Company etc.

¨       Designed eLearning courses for Technical and Behavioral training for Geometric Limited, UASC, Etihad Airways, Marico etc.  I was also responsible for spearheading the entire Center of Excellence implementation at Geometric. 

¨       Consulted and developed applications based on process systems for Government Organizations like Central Institute of Fisheries education (CIFE), CIRCOAT, Western Railways etc.

¨       Conceptualized and Developed Human Resource Management System (HRMS).

¨       Consulted Number one CA Coaching Classes in India for Franchise development, Train the Tutors program and strategizing growth plans.

¨       On the Advisory Board of M.M.College of Technology, Raipur - India.

¨       Lead Special Audit Team at Tata AIG and Themis Pharmaceuticals in 1999-2000.

¨       Special Judge at Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE) a global entrepreneur competition.

¨       Consulted various IIT-Powai incubated start-ups like Webaroo and Computer Masti on Business strategies and development.

¨       Project Consultant to Chanakya Insitute of Management, All India Local elf Government outfit for ICT in Government Schools project.

¨       Conceptualized and developed first of its kind community and training portal for Food industry, Food industry professionals Academy (FIPA). Integral part of content development team for developing training modules based on new FSSA Act.

¨       Business Coach to Switzerland based Company and couple of Companies based in Australia. 

¨       Mentored various Companies in defining business plans and financial projections.  Also assisted them in raising PE and Angel funds.
