Dora Hegedus

I started coaching in 2007, leaving 14 years of corporate carrier and NGO leadership behind to support business managers in becoming more efficient, more balanced, satisfied and happy leaders.

My most important motivation was to support, to help clients with this very efficient and human oriented tool, coaching. My other strong motivator was to make use of my diverse experience and personal talents in a challenging and satisfying way and provide a continuous possibility of self-development.

I work as business and executive coach, with over 600 hours of coaching experience. I support my clients in strengthening their overall skills of leadership, and special skills in conflict management, negotiation, communication. My passion as a coach is outplacement / transition and abrasive leaders.

With my colleagues we founded the Coach Academy in Hungary (ACTP pending) in 2008. I'm mentor coach of coaches applying for ACC level credential at ICF. I'm also mentor coach in the Mentor Coaching Program of ICF aimed at new chapter leaders.

I'm ICF Certified Coach (ACC), on my way to PCC credential with over 600 hours of coaching experience. I'm member of the ICF “European Leaders Meeting” body, co-founder and member of the board of ICF Hungary. I'm initiator and president of the Association of the Hungarian Coach Organisations that was the first internationally to accept and sign a common Code of Conduct of the profession.
