Ray has developed and delivered programmes to enhance coaching skills of individuals and groups inside organisations, as well as provided advice and guidance around how to set up internal coaching practices. He has worked in this context across sectors, private and public, including local government. He has over 3000 hours of 1to1 coaching experience

Ray has many years experience as a leader himself in corporate life where he led a large customer service team, before focusing on management, leadership and executive development as a consultant, coach and trainer.

Ray has spent the last 17 years in this area of work, including an 18 month assignment to the USA working with global senior executives and their teams, focusing on business and personal transformation.
