I have a range of experience and training that have allowed me to bring tremendous value to people from many walks of life.

It's been an interesting path to the world of career coaching, personal development, fitness/wellness, and online content strategy. After practicing law, I started an independent middle school in Harlem for kids who had not been successful in public school. I also co-founded a school in Lucknow, India for poor Hindu and Muslim girls. As the former executive director for a major youth organization, I was responsible for over 300 employees, a $13 million budget, and the creation of an independent high school. My travels have shown me that it takes mental, physical, and spiritual wellness to fully express our humanity.
