Over the past 20 years as a clinical social worker, I have gained advanced knowledge and skill in understanding human development, identifying barriers for growth, and tapping into the strengths and abilities of individuals so they could reach their potential. In my professional role as a coach and consultant, I have provided personal, management, and performance coaching as well as assisted organizations with addressing organizational wellness trends, employee performance, leadership development, and addressed workplace engagement issues. In my practice I utilize such assessment tools as the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI), California Personality Inventory (CPI) – 260, Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQi) 2.0, and Leadership Practice Inventory (360-eval). I also facilitate The Leadership Challenge Workshop for leadership development skills and workshops on team building, organizational resiliency, workplace engagement, change management, and stress management.
