Denise Scotti-Smith

Denise brings over 15 years of nonprofit and for-profit leadership experience to her coaching relationships. Her experience ranges from front-line management to director-level positions in both operations and employee development. She has supervised exempt and non-exempt employees, and has a solid history of successfully facilitating diverse inter-disciplinary teams. This experience is complimented by her previous role on the Board of Directors for a civic organization whose mission was to address community development and quality of life issues on a micro and macro level. This history enables her to relate to the needs of her clients and their customers. It also provides her with an ability to provide practical and pragmatic solutions to their problems. She understands the importance of trust and confidentiality in building effective client relationships.

In addition to her experience in the private business sector, Denise has extensive experience working with agencies whose missions included addressing the needs of the homeless, substance abusers, and people with developmental disabilities and mental illness. She is confident that the mission can be accomplished despite budgetary restraints!
