President/CEO of H & A International, Dick has Over the last thirty-five years served as keynote speaker and presenter for organizations and conferences in the United States, Ireland, Scotland, United Kingdom, Cyprus, Italy, Greece, Germany, Canada and Mexico.

Dick’s experience both in national and international business and owning four successful businesses gives him a unique insight to executive, management and team consulting.  Dick’s clients have experienced increases in business up to 175%, promotions from Area Manger to Senior Vice-President, from corporate CEO to owning a successful business and successfully coaching managers to rapid growth within their careers.

Dick has been in the business development and consulting fields for forty-three years and during that time has become a well-known and successful International consultant, trainer and business development expert.  He specializes in business growth, senior executive and business consulting, senior level leadership, and trust building through interpersonal connection styles.

“Success” is a word not only attributed to Dick’s ability to help relationships grow and succeed, but is the driving force behind his business and relationship   training.

He is the developer and author of the internationally successful "ICS-Connect Program” (which has representation across the United States and 9 countries), and his most recent digital book   “How to Build a Mutual Bond of Trust”
