Experience

Over the last 8 years, I have mentored or coached an estimated 300+ young adults in diversity of successful career trajectories. A unique background with a decade of experience in the financial industry (sales and management) juxtaposed with graduate education in Human Development has enabled me to be effective. Specifically, I study the transition between adolescence and adulthood, and thus my coaching work is grounded in academic developmental theory, research, and experience.


I've created a research-based process called “Prepare a Future” to address the developmental needs of young adults coming of age in contemporary society.
