Experience

After spending 2 years in Africa in a service capacity, Ed began his career in the Government of Canada (Department of Fisheries and Oceans) as a technical expert ,and soon transitioned into academia as an instructor in the Canadian college system, where he was promoted to Dean of Education. He left the colleges after 17 years to provide educational development and administrative services internationally. He is presently a practicing cross-cultural and leadership coach, and also serves as the senior executive reporting to the Board of the International Association of Coaching, a leading international coaching organization.
