Successes ~ guided an Alaska Native Corporation through contract negotiations and new contract implementation, resulting in a multi-million dollar federal contract with a firm with no prior federal experience, and an Assistant Secretary’s Award less than a year after contract signing; assisted entrepreneurs with opening new businesses; coached professionals in professional development and career changes, resulting in  promotions;  provided insight to enable teams and organizations to obtain their goals;  instituted and developed new, more efficient and effective processes in a variety of corporate settings; developed and implemented an Alaska Seafood Processor’s Leadership Institute that exposed Alaska Native businesses to the international circumpolar marketplace.
