With extensive training in the fields of Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP), I use various techniques to help individuals deal with fears and anxieties, remove stress, improve performance and unlock achieve their goals.

Prior to following my passion to help people, I worked as a sales manager in small business and multi-national corporations.
